About

Founded in 2016 by the Paso del Norte Community Foundation , El Paso Giving Day is our community’s annual online giving campaign, a high energy call to step into the ring for local nonprofits and champion the causes that make the Paso del Norte region stronger.

Since its debut, El Paso Giving Day has raised more than $13.5 million from thousands of generous donors in support of over 260 nonprofit organizations across the region. For many participating nonprofits, this campaign is their biggest, and sometimes only, major fundraising opportunity of the year. Every dollar raised here stays here, helping local organizations continue their essential work in our community.

To make participation accessible, the Paso del Norte Community Foundation requires area nonprofits to pay a small $25 participation fee, which may be used to support campaign prizes or help cover the costs of running El Paso Giving Day. Each year, PdNCF also invests more than $35,000 in in kind support to help cover the coordination, accounting, and administration of El Paso Giving Day.

El Paso Giving Day is powered by the passion and dedication of the El Paso Giving Day Committee and subcommittees, made up of nonprofit and business leaders who help guide the planning and execution of the campaign. We are deeply grateful to these volunteers for helping rally our community, amplify local generosity, and keep the spirit of giving going strong.
