Clare Dunn

Clare Dunn

Singer/songwriter Clare Dunn is known for her transfixing live shows, powerful vocals, and unparalleled guitar playing. As part of CMT’s 2019 Next Women of Country Tour, Clare took her “big voice” (The Boston Globe) on the road with Hannah Ellis and Cassadee Pope to cities including New York, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and Boston. The Colorado native who “can do it all” (CMT) with “swaggering confidence and soulful vocals” (Rolling Stone) caught the attention of rock legend Bob Seger who, after hearing her sound check only once, invited her to open his Ride Out Tour. Clare has been named “One to Watch” by USA Today, Billboard, The Boston Globe and Rolling Stone. “If there were ever an artist suited to play amphitheaters and arenas at this early stage of her career, it’s Clare Dunn.” – Rolling Stone Her new EP HONESTLY a personal collection (Big Yellow Dog Music) is out now!

Great Shapes

Great Shapes

Great Shapes, a Renegade Pop band from El Paso, distinguish themselves with their unique melodic guitar soundscapes, groovy bass lines, and uptempo drums that can keep you moving all night long. Influenced stylistically by Post Punk and Indie Pop, their contagious upbeat sound and lyrics tackle themes of love, disenchantment, change and the effect time has on everything in between.

Since their 2013 beginning and the debut of their first EP, Murmuration, they have toured across the country; sharing the stage with Deluxe, Moving Units, The Chain Gang of 1974, New Young Pony Club, Gardens & Villa, WILDCAT! WILDCAT!, and Stepdad. In their time spent on the road bringing their music to the masses, Great Shapes has had the distinct pleasure of playing CMJ 2015 and Neon Desert Music Festival.

On June 16, 2017, Great Shapes released their sophomore album, Somewhere In Between. Their first single, Brightness, was pressed over 100,000 times in October 2016’s issue of Relix Magazine. During their first week at the NACC radio Great Shapes came in as #20 most added and hit the top 200 chart at #168. The album was recorded in their hometown by Justin Leeah at Sound + Vision Studios (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, At the Drive-In, Conor O’berst). Some additional recording was done by Manuel Calderon at Sonic Ranch in Tornillo, TX (Beach House, Portugal The Man). The album was mastered by, Grammy Award winner, Joe LaPorta in New York City, NY (David Bowie, Twin Shadow, The Killers, Foo Fighters).

As the City Sleeps

As the City Sleeps

What started as an acoustic solo project by singer/songwriter Allan Martinez, As The City Sleeps soon became a duo with long-time friends and collaborator Alex Fraire joining the project as producer and later offering his guitar services. The two soon began recording what is now their debut 5 song EP ‘Synesthesia’ (2017). Inspired by earthy acoustic guitars, dreamy vocals, and lyrical themes that range from love-loss, to a cold embrace from the night, to a perpectual fall from the clouds. The duo then recruited Jimmy Quintanar on drums and Esdhin Ávila on bass guitar and have since become a full outfit of seasoned musicians. A definite highlight for the band was when they performed their set of old and new songs at the legendary Whisky A Go Go in the infamous Hollywood, California’s Sunset Strip. The band is currently in the middle of recording their sophomore full-length album, due out later this year, and could not be more excited to see what the future might hold for them. Their sound could best be described as Indie/Alternative/Ambient love songs that are perfect for coffee shops and rainy days on the porch…
