Hola amigos! I’m Lucero Limas, the Street Outreach Coordinator at the El Paso Coalition for the Homeless. I started at the Coalition earlier this year, and on the front lines, I have already seen and learned so much about the critical needs in our community. Today, I’m asking you to be a hero.
