Did you know that 18% of El Paso Children can’t read? That is one in five children. I’m asking you to donate to Books are Gems. Their mission is to improve literacy rates in El Paso Tx. The Bush Literary foundation has done research and co-relates illiteracy to poverty. Most children that cannot read will eventually drop out of high school and not graduate. Their economic opportunities for a good job become limited.

Help Books are Gems improve the lives of chidren in El Paso by donating so they may give Free Books to Children to learn to read.
