As the Co-Executive Director of The Challenge Foundation El Paso, I wear many hats—but the one I am most passionate about is telling our story. We are building the relational insfrastructure that drives college persistence, completion, and economic mobility for scholars and their families. I’ve seen firsthand how a quality education can change not just one life, but the trajectory of families for generations to come.

Our mission is to empower motivated and academically inclined students from under-resourced communities to achieve their full potential. Challenge Scholars bring drive and family pride. TCF El Paso provides the sustained support to help them go the distance. We do this by providing educational scholarships and comprehensive support services. We don’t just open doors; we give our Scholars the tools and resources they need to navigate obstacles and chart their own futures.
