As a Youth Coordinator at Center of Hope, I see how much support, coordination, and resources it takes to help young people navigate difficult circumstances. Supporting youth means more than providing immediate assistance. It means connecting them with safe housing, mental health services, educational opportunities, basic necessities, and other resources that can help them move forward.

Behind every young person is a unique story, and supporting them requires a community willing to show up, collaborate, and help bridge the gaps that too often exist between services. Sometimes, making a difference means ensuring a young person has somewhere safe to turn, someone advocating for their needs, or access to a resource that can change their circumstances.
