I have had the privilege of watching Proyecto M.A.M.A. grow from a simple idea into something that has touched the lives of so many mothers and families.

I remember when my mom first planted the seed of this idea. It began with a simple desire: to create a space where mothers could feel supported, learn, grow, and know that they were not alone. Not knowing how much it would grow, my mom simply believed in it.

What started as a simple idea has grown into Proyecto M.A.M.A., a nonprofit that for more than eight years has created educational programs, emotional wellness resources, and supportive spaces for mothers and families throughout the Paso del Norte region. As her daughter, I’ve watched that little seed grow into something truly meaningful. I’ve seen the time, heart, dedication, and love my mom has poured into this mission. I see the courage it took to start with an idea, the perseverance it took to keep nurturing it, and the beautiful impact that can happen when someone chooses to believe that even a small seed can become something much bigger. That’s why I’m participating in El Paso Giving Day and asking my friends and family to join me in supporting this mission.

Your donation, no matter the size, helps Proyecto M.A.M.A. continue planting seeds of hope, knowledge, and support, helping more mothers and families flourish.

I hope you will help us plant even more seeds.

Maybe a donation feels like a small thing. But I have learned from watching my mom that small things can grow into something extraordinary when they are nurtured with love, dedication, and a belief in what is possible.

I’ve watched a seed become something beautiful. Now, I hope you’ll help us grow it even further. ❤️
