EL Paso Special Needs Education Ceneter DBA Every Little Blessing (ELB) is an inclusive preschool specializing in Down syndrome. What does inclusive mean? Inclusive is when children with and without disabiities learn, grow, and play together in the same classroom. This model gives children the chance to be around kids with differences and make friends with all abilities. Children who learn in inclusive classrooms have a greater chance of growing up with learderships skills, empathy, and stronger social skills. Our teachers are quilified, well educated, and specialized in special education. We use research-based best practices to provide an early intervention program for our students 12 months - 5 years. Our program provides supports to our families to assist with the goals they have for their children.A larger goal is to build a centrally located school to meet the needs of more El Paso families and to be a model for local school districts to use inclusive practices.
