For over 100 years, we’ve believed that every child—regardless of race, background, or financial situation—deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed. LPI is unique—we were among the first schools to embrace English as a Second Language, because we know that language can open doors that poverty and circumstance try to keep shut. By teaching English alongside a strong academic and faith foundation, we prepare students to thrive in college, careers, and life.

Our mission reaches across borders—literally. Every day, students from two nations come together under one roof, united by hope and determination. In a world often divided, LPI stands as a living reminder that education is a universal right, and that our shared humanity is stronger than any wall or boundary.

Today, 99% of our students cross the border daily from Juárez, and two-thirds are U.S. citizens living there because of difficult family circumstances. At LPI, they find a safe, faith-filled place to thrive and a community that believes in them.
