Education has always been one of the most powerful tools for changing a life. Yet, too often, talented and hardworking students don’t have access to the opportunities they deserve. That’s why I’m proud to support The Challenge Foundation El Paso — and why I’ve joined its Advisory Council.

I’m involved with this organization because I believe every student, no matter where they come from, should have the chance to achieve their educational dreams. The Challenge Foundation El Paso empowers motivated, academically driven students from under-resourced communities to reach their full potential. Through scholarships, mentorship, and long-term support from middle school through college, the foundation helps Challenge Scholars overcome barriers and chart their own futures.

I’ve seen firsthand how transformative this support can be — how confidence grows when a young person realizes that someone believes in them, how possibilities expand when financial and structural obstacles are removed, and how entire families are impacted when one student succeeds.
