Causes: Children and Youth, Hunger, Women's Issues
AmSamCF started its grassroots efforts in 2014 and, on Sept. 12, 2024, received 501(c)(3) status as a public charity. Based in El Paso, Texas, we serve one of the nation’s most underserved border communities. Since our founding, we have provided consistent weekly street outreach, feeding programs, and hygiene kit distribution to individuals and families experiencing crisis. Unlike organizations that directly provide housing or treatment services, AmSamCF serves as a trusted connector: meeting people with immediate practical needs and then walking alongside them to connect them to partner organizations for housing, recovery, and reentry support.
