We are the city’s only one-to-one youth mentoring organization and with your help, we can Defend the Potential of hundreds of El Paso children.

In just a few hours, twice a month, one of our “Bigs” gives one of our “Littles” the invaluable gift of friendship. By simply changing their perspective of what the world can offer, our Bigs quite literally change their life. Bigs help these children stay in school, off drugs and away from gangs and violence, not to mention build self-esteem and better deal with bullying and depression. Our mission is so impactful, that the El Paso Police Department has taken notice and collaborated with us on an initiative called “Bigs in Blue,” where EPPD officers and personnel are matched one-to-one as mentors with children from our program.
