Big Brothers Big Sisters of El Paso creates life-changing mentoring relationships that help young people build confidence, reach their goals, and realize their full potential. Through our traditional one-to-one mentoring program, youth are matched with caring adult mentors who provide consistent encouragement, guidance, and support. High School Bigs pairs high school students with younger children, building leadership skills in teen mentors while giving younger students a positive role model and trusted friend. Big Futures helps older youth prepare for life after high school through career exploration, education planning, workforce readiness, certifications, and connections to employment opportunities.

We also provide mental health support services, along with opioid prevention, education, and awareness initiatives that help young people, families, and the broader El Paso community access information, resources, and support.

These programs do more than support individual young people. They strengthen El Paso by developing future leaders, preparing young people for local education and employment opportunities, building stronger connections between generations, and helping create a healthier, more connected community where youth have the support they need to succeed.
