El Paso faces systemic inequities in both education and civic engagement that limit opportunities for many in our community. Too often, young people lack access to the resources, mentorship, and leadership development needed to fully participate in shaping the future of our region.
The El Paso Leadership Network (EPLN) works to close these gaps by equipping students and young professionals with the skills, networks, and experiences they need to succeed. Through innovative programs, civic learning opportunities, and community-building events, EPLN is cultivating the next generation of leaders who will drive progress for El Paso and beyond.
Blended Learning Civics Course (in partnership with Raise Your Hand Texas) We are designing a new course to strengthen civic knowledge and leadership among El Paso students. Donations will directly fund curriculum development and project management to ensure a high-quality, sustainable program that impacts hundreds of learners.
Leadership Development & Networking Event (December 2025) This year, EPLN will host our 3rd Winter Networking Event, bringing together high school students, college students, professionals, and community leaders for a day of meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Donations will help us expand programming, secure strong speakers, and make the event a cornerstone for civic leadership in the region.
