Too many young professionals leave El Paso because they don’t see a path to leadership here, and too many El Pasoans never get the chance to learn how their local government works. That gap limits who gets a say in the future of our region, and EPLN is working to close it.
We give El Pasoans the skills, connections, and experiences to step into leadership, and we do it by bringing students, professionals, and community leaders into the same room. We’re a small organization, so every dollar you give goes straight into our programs.
El Paso Leadership Forum (November 28) The El Paso Leadership Forum brings together students, professionals, and community leaders for a day of real conversation and relationship building. For a student, one conversation with the right mentor can be the difference between leaving El Paso and deciding to lead here. Any donations help us bring in strong speakers and cover the event logistics that make the day possible.
Self-paced Civics Course (in partnership with Raise Your Hand Texas) We’re building a course that teaches El Pasoans how their city, county, and state work and how they can take part. Any donations fund curriculum development and project management so the course is built to last and can reach hundreds of learners.
