Why Support Us?
El Paso faces systemic inequity in education and workforce development in comparison to other large cities across the nation. Important education metrics such as college degree attainment lie under the national average, and most students from the region who do attend university are the first generation of their family to do so. EPLN aims to offer guidance and support to El Pasoan students’ academic and professional development.
DONATE
EPLN would appreciate your support in order to continue operations and provide resources to our program members. This includes funding for scholarships, academic and professional development resources, self-paced courses powered by our Wix website, and more.
Support our Rising Scholars Program
The El Paso Leadership Network Scholar’s program is a curriculum-based mentorship program focused on providing resources and guidance to El Paso high school upperclassmen in order to ensure their success during their high school - college - career transition process. This fall, EPLN is establishing partnerships with local schools to develop a program that meets the needs of students in the city. Likewise, we are building our website to establish an engaging platform for mentors and mentees to engage with in 2025.
Support our Annual Networking Event
This December, EPLN will host its 3rd Winter Networking Event. With your donation, we will plan an engaging educational event for members of the El Paso community. High school students, college students, professionals, expats, change-makers and donors in our region will be invited to participate in a day of networking and discussions about ideas that impact our community the most.
