Causes: Arts and Culture, Education, Health and Mental Well-being
El Paso Pro-Musica presents the finest Musical Artists to the world to the region, who then engage in Educational Outreach and Communitiy Engagement, making classical music accessible to all. Artistic Director and Grammy Award winning Cellist Zuill Bailey along with fellow artists visit thousands of school children throughout the year, as well as Hospitals, Senior Centers, Hospice, Rehabilitation Centers and more to insure that quality musical programs are made available to all in the community. El Paso Pro-Musica also works diligently to collaborate with other arts programs and initiatives including the El Paso Symphony Orchestra and the El Paso Museum of Art. Aside from the annual Concert Series and the January EPPM Chamber Music Festival, El Paso Pro-Musica works diligently to provide high-risk/low income areas with Free performances as well as musical instruction and appreciation. El Paso Pro-Musica is proud to participate in the The El Paso Giving Day activities. Last year, the goal was to obtain a Carbon Fiber Cello, a fabulous indestructible instrument that can insure that performances can take place in all locations, as well as to allow children and all the opportunity to touch and experience the instruments, first hand. We hope to continue to make a musical difference with our pledge and support to the community with the gift of music.
