Every young woman deserves the opportunity to discover her potential and build a future filled with possibilities. Emerging Women of Impact, an initiative of El Paso Inc., empowers young women ages 15–20 through mentorship, career exploration, leadership development, and meaningful connections with inspiring women in our community. Through hands-on experiences, educational opportunities, and mentorship, we help young women build confidence, develop professional skills, and explore new possibilities. Each year, our event aims to reach 300 young women across the El Paso region, providing these experiences at no cost. Our impact extends beyond the event. Through our expanding scholarship program, we're creating more opportunities to support young women as they pursue their educational and career goals.
