Our mission is to passionately serve vulnerable people in crisis through our innovative, personalized approach. We seek to provide comprehensive, effective, and innovative services that encourage growth, allowing people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities. Why? Because we believe that everyone holds the capacity to grow, heal, change, succeed, and affect others positively.

Who We Are

Endeavors was founded in 1969 and helps thousands of individuals and their families to obtain a safer place to sleep at night, connect with resources for employment opportunities, and receive access to mental health services.

Endeavors is one of the top 3 Veteran services providers in Texas and we have been improving the lives of our heroes and civilian community members in El Paso since 2017.
