Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso
The Catholic Foundation is a nonprofit community foundation established in 2001 committed to growing philanthropy in the Diocese of El Paso. This year, we are asking for your assistance in helping us fund Bishop Mark Seitz's Migrant Ministry Endowment Fund. This fund is going to help the Office of Migrant Hospitality and their humanitarian efforts. They need funding for rehabilitating migrant homes in the Diocese, such as the one at Holy Family. They also need money to feed migrants, prepare hygiene packs, purchase bus tickets for relocation, and provide water at designated areas in the desert where migrants are dying from heat exhaustion.

Causes: Emergency Relief and Response , Migration, Religion

The Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso supports the Diocese of El Paso through your gifts of prayer, service and giving. Together we can make a lasting impact on our parishes, schools, ministries and charities.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to provide much-needed support to the Migrant Ministry Fund, which is dedicated to assisting the diocesesan migrant shelters, provide food and support for our migrant brothers and sisters.

By supporting the Migrant Ministry Fund, you are giving back to our Religious leaders who selflessly serve our migrant community, but also provide an opportunity to strengthen the spiritual and humanitarian support of these individuals.

Together, we can make a lasting impact and provide aid, comfort, and guidance to those in need. The migrants are matched with a migrant center after being processed by ICE and can stay from a day to weeks. Join us, and let the generosity of your generous donation shine through, helping support the Migrant Ministy and make a positive difference in our community.

Let’s Help Them!

‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. ‘ Matthew 25:35-37
