Causes: Health and Mental Well-being, Homelessness and Housing, Hunger
Grace Place provides practical support for people experiencing homelessness, hunger and other difficult circumstances in our El Paso community.
Through Grace Place and our community partners, guests can access hot meals, showers, laundry services, hygiene products, bus transportation assistance, health testing, shelter assistance, referrals and connections to additional community resources.
In the past year, Grace Place has made more than 800 in-house resource connections for guests seeking assistance.
Each connection represents an opportunity to help someone move from an immediate need toward greater stability.
A meal can help someone through today. But our guests often face challenges that extend far beyond hunger. That’s why Grace Place works to meet immediate needs while connecting our guests with resources that can help them take their next step.
Through Grace Place and our community partners, guests may receive or access:
• Hot meals • Showers and laundry services • Hygiene essentials • Bus tokens and transportation assistance • Health testing • Shelter assistance • Referrals and connections to community resources
Behind every meal served and every resource connection is a person with a story, a family, hopes, struggles, and inherent worth.
Grace Place began when people saw a need in our community and chose to respond. That same spirit continues today.
Our Christian faith calls us to love our neighbors, and at Grace Place we put that love into action through hospitality, compassion, service, and connection. We work alongside community partners and volunteers because no single organization can meet every need—and meaningful change happens when a community comes together.
This El Paso Giving Day, our goal is to raise $15,000 to help Grace Place continue providing meals, essential services, and connections to resources for our neighbors experiencing homelessness, hunger, and hardship.
Every gift matters.
A gift can help put a hot meal on the table. It can help provide clean clothes or a shower. It can help someone reach an appointment or connect with shelter and other community resources. And it helps keep Grace Place a welcoming place where people experiencing some of life’s most difficult circumstances are treated with dignity.
When you give to Grace Place, you aren’t simply funding a service. You are joining a community that believes every person deserves to be seen, valued, and treated with dignity.
Our Current Partners include: FBC El Paso, City of El Paso Health Department, Alliance of Border Collaboratives, El Paso Coalition for the Homeless, and Howard Payne University.
