Howard Payne University is a Christ-centered academic community dedicated to excellence by developing and equipping the whole person for intellectual inquiry, personal and professional integrity, and service to God and humanity.

2023 Goals: The Howard Payne University (HPU) El Paso Center would like to raise funds from 32+ donors – one donation for each year our HPU El Paso Center has been in existence. HPU was established in 1889, 134 years ago, and our HPU El Paso Center was established in 1991, 32 years ago! Our monetary goal is $5,000+. These funds will be used to support currently-enrolled students attending our campus (50%) and to support need and merit-based scholarships to assist area residents attending the HPU El Paso Center (50%).
