Empower El Paso’s Youth: Support Junior Achievement This El Paso Giving Days!
Imagine a future where every young person in El Paso is equipped with the skills to succeed in our rapidly changing world. At Junior Achievement of El Paso, we’re making this vision a reality—and you can be a part of it.
Every contribution makes a difference. Here’s how your generosity translates into real-world impact:
**A few of our programs: **
The Stock Market Challenge - High school students dive into the world of finance, learning about stocks, global market impacts, and long-term investing. They then put their knowledge to the test in our high-tech, immersive Stock Market Challenge simulation. Your donation helps create future financial leaders!
JA Inspire Virtual & In-Person - Experiences that bring career exploration to life for middle and high school students, allowing them to explore diverse careers, interact with local businesses and colleges, and access interactive activities to boost work readiness. The in-person component goes beyond a typical career fair, providing hands-on experiences where students can engage with company representatives, try out industry tools, and gain invaluable insights into local career opportunities.
High School Heroes - A leadership program that empowers high school students to become mentors and teachers for elementary school kids. Through this experience, participants develop crucial skills such as effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
JA in a Day - This in-depth program places volunteers in the classroom to teach an entire JA financial literacy curriculum in an exciting one-day event. Volunteer groups adopt a whole grade level or entire elementary school campus to deliver a series of lessons and interactive activities in one day.
Thanks to volunteers and generous community support, we offer these transformative experiences to schools and students at no cost.
Your support at any level helps us build a brighter future for our community’s youth!
