PROVIDING A SAFE PLACE FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DURING COVID-19

La Posada Home is one of the largest Transitional Living Centers in El Paso, providing long term support to women with children fleeing domestic violence. Our program provides shelter, basic necessities, access to therapy, crisis intervention and various other forms of support.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a surge in reported cases of domestic violence. La Posada Home has experienced an increase in calls from women seeking services as well as a large increase in the number of women who have directly entered our shelter after leaving a violent situation.
