The mission of the Paso del Norte Foundation is to support the philanthropic goals of individuals, corporations, foundations and nonprofit organizations to improve health, education, economic development and quality of life in the Paso del Norte region.

The Foundation was established in 2013 toincrease the resources available to improve the quality of life in the region.

The Foundation has grown to meet the diverse needs of this community by working with individual donors, corporations and foundations. We have partnered with more than 100 nonprofit organizations – through the Challenge Fund, Agency Funds and El Paso Giving Day - providing support to build capacity, promote best practices and reach fundraising goals.

The Foundation has proven effective in leveraging its resources to invest in programs and initiatives that positively affect the region. We are particularly proud of our partnership with the Hunt Family Foundation and Fundación Paso del Norte to inspire and grow philanthropy in Cd. Juarez and provide mechanisms for binational giving and grantmaking.
