Project BRAVO was established in 1965 and is the designated Community Action Agency (CAA) for El Paso County. We are committed to removing the barriers of poverty by mobilizing resources and promoting self-sufficiency as we strive to make our community a place where families thrive. Our Mission: Project BRAVO builds bridges to opportunities that help individuals and families thrive in our community. Our Vision: To bridge access to opportunities for residents of El Paso County to elevate our quality of life through education and social services that lead to self-sufficiency.
