Reach and Relieve (Word for the World, Inc.)

We are a non-profit organization in El Paso that serves the poor, needy, and hurting in our community. We exist to help however many people we can with their physical, emotional/mental, and spiritual needs. We do this through various outreach programs such as feeding programs (mobile and in person) clothing, shoe, and household supply giveaways. We have a weekly support group for people in need of recovery and healing. Every year, we conduct many seasonal outreaches for our community such as a Christmas play & toy giveaway, free Thanksgiving food baskets, free backpacks & school supplies, and more! We also serve the teenagers at Hanks High School a free lunch and offer mentoring and life skills support to them. We offer various classes for our clients, such as Personal Finance training to equip families with skills necessary to escape poverty. We couldn't do it all without YOU! SHARE HOPE. GIVE RELIEF.

The MISSION of Reach and Relieve is to REACH hurting, needy & lost people from all walks of life with the love of Christ & to help RELIEVE them from their suffering.

The VISION of Reach and Relieve is to meet the physical, emotional & spiritual needs of the hurting, needy & lost and to share the transforming power of God’s love & grace with them.

Josh and Nicki Sattelmeier are the co-founders of Reach and Relieve Ministries. They reside in and serve the people of El Paso Texas, along with their daughters Kadence and Kyah. Josh and Nicki have led and served for over 20 years in various forms of ministry such as children, youth, young adults, Bible teaching, healing and recovery, music, and compassion ministry.

They have a mandate and passion in their hearts to help broken, needy, and lost people experience and live out the transforming power of Christ’s love, grace, and redemption, as they have witnessed it in their own lives.
