We believe every woman has God-given “superpowers” — fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood — that deserve to be celebrated, not suppressed. Our mission is to ensure that no woman ever feels alone or afraid on her journey. We offer compassionate support and life-affirming medical care that recognize both the miracle of life and the awe-inspiring strength of women.
Our centers have become full-spectrum birth and wellness centers, now delivering babies in beautiful, spa-like birthing suites while also providing holistic women’s healthcare, fertility education, lactation support, and postpartum services. This year alone, over 60 babies have been born within our walls — living proof that the true opposite of an abortion center is a birth center.
Our Mobile Medical Bus travels throughout the region offering free pregnancy tests, 3D/4D ultrasounds, STI testing, and compassionate sidewalk outreach. Through this outreach, our nurses are now also offering C.A.R.E. Kits (Chemical Abortion Recovery & Evaluation) to women who have already taken the abortion pill and are being told to flush their babies down the toilet by the thousands. These first-of-their-kind kits — now gaining national attention — offer medical guidance, tools to track blood loss, a way to honor each baby’s remains with dignity and love, and a chance for Abortion Pill Reversal to possibly save the baby!
The Lily Pad continues to serve as a refuge for pregnant women with nowhere else to turn, providing housing, mentoring, parenting classes, and emotional support throughout pregnancy and beyond. Every resident is reminded that she is not alone — she is cherished, capable, and heroic.
Through church engagement, prayer vigils, and public advocacy, we stand boldly for authentic women’s healthcare that supports — not suppresses — the natural functions of a woman’s body. Right now, our Stop the Center campaign is gaining traction as cement companies across southern New Mexico refuse to build the $10 million tax-funded UNM abortion and transgender mega-center in Las Cruces targeting Texas women. Your support keeps that momentum alive.
