Strive Now empowers teens to live with purpose by connecting character, career, and community. Through mentorship and meaningful experiences, we help young people discover their ‘why,’ break down barriers, and build the confidence to thrive in life, not just succeed, all while equipping them to become community leaders who make a lasting impact.

OUR PROGRAMS

The Collab: Community Leadership Program Our flagship experience brings together 30-40 high school students each year from across El Paso for a 6-month journey of purpose, leadership, and service. Students participate in:

Monthly workshops on character, communication, and college & career readiness Mentorship with community leaders Over 50 hours of hands-on community service Exclusive guest speaker panels and local experiences Meals, materials, and program merch provided free to all participants

Parent Connections Free evening events that unite families and community partners around safety, financial literacy, and purpose-driven parenting, hosted in collaboration with organizations like GECU and Crime Stoppers and in collaboration with Mom’s on Board.

Community Partnerships & School Workshops Strive Now partners with schools and organizations to deliver interactive workshops focused on:

Purpose and values-based leadership Soft skills and communication College and career readiness

These workshops reach hundreds of teens across El Paso and Las Cruces each year.
