Our Programs

The Collab · Our Flagship High School Cohort * Four modules that take students from self-awareness to community impact: Know Yourself → Strengthen the Team → Serve the Mission → Lead the Room * Includes the STRIVE 7 leadership assessment * Ends with a Community Leadership Capstone where students take on a real need in El Paso

Strive 7 Summer Camp · Middle School * A camp built around “Find Your Role, Win Together” * Students discover their leadership strengths and finish with a hands-on team challenge

Purpose Every Day Community Leader Microcredential * A multi-session credential in communication, professionalism, critical thinking, and teamwork * Students earn a certificate and digital recognition

Youth Workshops · Grades 3–12 * Purpose & Identity: Purpose Every Day, Strive 7, Core Habits, Nervous Energy * Communication & Presence: Speak with Purpose, Lead the Room, Tell Your Story, Confidence in Conflict, Elevated Presence

Leadership Together · For Educators & Organizations * Professional development for the adults who shape young people’s environments * Includes PAUSE Leadership and the STRIVE 7 Leadership Toolkit
