1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia. It kills more than breast cancer AND prostate cancer COMBINED. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Alzheimer's and dementia deaths have increased 16%. Today, there are more than 400,000 people in Texas are living with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia. And, more than 1,079,000 of their family members and friends are providing them with around the clock 24/7 unpaid supervision and care.

Alzheimer’s Association West Texas

The West Texas Chapter provides educational webinars, conferences and caregiver support circles for families, community members and people facing Alzheimer’s and other dementia. Virtual and in-person opportunities are available.
