El Paso Human Services, Inc. (EPHSI), a private non-profit organization has been providing social services in El Paso County since 1984, and additionally in Presidio, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Brewster, and Hudspeth counties since 1990.

Our focus is on empowering youth through various programs:

  • providing youth leadership and after-school activities in 79924 to prevent juvenile delinquency;
  • providing assistance, resources and hope for youth aging out of foster care;
  • providing emergency shelter, meals and resources to homeless male youth;
  • providing access to safe and appropriate housing to youth ages 18-24 who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness through rental assistance and support services; and
  • ensuring balanced and nutritious meals are served at over 200 local day care sites.
