Causes: Children and Youth, Education
The El Paso ISD Education Foundation is dedicated to enriching the educational experience for thousands of students across the region. With a mission to promote excellence in education, we provide scholarships to deserving high school seniors and classroom impact grants to teachers, fostering innovation and academic success within the El Paso Independent School District (EPISD).
Since 1994, we have awarded over $2.5 million in scholarships and grants, empowering students to pursue higher education and supporting teachers in bringing creative, impactful learning projects to life. Last year alone, we awarded $88,500 in scholarships to 85 students and provided $17,500 in grants for classroom initiatives, reaching multiple campuses and enhancing the learning environment for countless students.
Your contributions this year will support the 2025 Texas Association of Student Councils Annual Conference, hosted by Burges and Coronado High Schools’ Student Councils. The conference will be held from March 29-31, 2025, in Arlington, TX, and is open to all EPISD students, including representatives from student councils, fine arts programs, and clubs. Funds raised will help offset the costs of this district-funded trip, ensuring that as many students as possible can participate in this valuable experience. By supporting El Paso Giving Day, you are directly contributing to an event that promotes leadership, growth, and development among our students, reinforcing EPISD’s commitment to educational excellence.
Thanks to Marathon Petroleum’s generous $5,000 matching gift, your donation during El Paso Giving Day can go twice as far! During Early Giving, from October 10 - October 17, every dollar you give will be matched, up to $5,000. Don’t miss this chance to double your impact!
